College is certainly about learning. But perhaps even more so, it’s about creating. At San Jac, you’ll have abundant opportunities to explore and cultivate your talents, express yourself to the world, and see your fellow students doing the same. We have renowned theatre, dance, music, fine arts and speech programs, all with a busy schedule of much-anticipated performances, showings and competitions.

While artful expression is a reward unto itself, San Jac students also have their fair share of wins. They took 2nd place at the Houston Art Car Parade. Their work is regularly showcased at Galleria del Norte, a nationally recognized fine art gallery. Our highly revered debate team has hauled in more than 800 trophies in regional, state and national competitions. And the list goes on.

Welcome to the creative side of sanjac. Our dedication to the total educational experience means that on our diverse campuses, students always take center stage. You’ll find small classes, outstanding instructors, modern facilities, and low costs – when you’re talking about creative learning at San Jack, it’s truly “state of the art”.

And while satisfying your artistic urges, you’ll find our programs have lots of fans in the community, too. The Galleria del Norte hosts six art exhibits each year that are open to the public; the Music department has end-of-the semester concerts open to our surrounding communities that feature a wide variety of music (funk, spirituals, blues, marches, folk songs, orchestral transcriptions, rock, swing, hymns, and other classics.)
